Mumbai, Aug 26: Jeevanadi Karnataka Sahitya forum of Bijapur on its ninth anniversary on the 117th birth anniversary of poet Madhura Chenna presented Jeevanadi Karnataka Sahitya Rathna award to Mumbai’s poetess, author, convener of Srajana Balaga, Sharada Ambesange.

The award was presented at the programme held at Bijapur residency.

The poems and articles of Ambesange are published in newspapers in Karnataka and Mumbai.

Sharada Ambesange was guest at several poetic discussions and programmes.
