To curb congestion, BMC implements 'No Parking' rule in 5 major roads

Mumbai, Aug 30: In five arterial roads, BMC has applied the 'No Parking' rule. Cars are towed away by the civic body if found parked in these areas.

The rule is set in motion from Friday and enforced in MK road in Churchgate, New Link Road, Oshiwara and Gokhale Road in Dadar. The officials have implemented this rule to prevent congestion, caused by parked cars.

BMC has penalised over 1,000 motorists and has collected over Rs 83.94 Lac in fines.
