Mumbai, Sep 7: Two school van drivers were sentenced to 10 years rigorous imprisonment by a special court for raping a 4-year-old kindergarten student in 2016.
Special Pocso judge, Madhuri More, pronounced the sentence. The drivers aged 61 and 32 were charged and held guilty for sexually assaulting the minor under the Pocso Act.
Public prosecutor Jyoi Sawant along with the police investigation team had placed compelling evidence against the convicts to nail them.
