New Delhi, Feb 22 (IANS): Gurugram Traffic Police is quite active on social media and it is known for posting tweets laced with humour to convey social messages.

Recently, Gurugram Traffic Police issued a warning to riders without helmet using lyrics from a Bollywood movie. Using a three-picture template, Gurugram Traffic Police on their Twitter handle wrote, "I looked at you. You looked at me. Aur ho gayi mushkil."

The three-picture template comprises of photos of a man riding a bike without a helmet; a traffic police seeing him and the third one, he gets a challan for the violation of safety rules.

The creative tweet has garnered over 3.1K likes and 17.6K retweets.

As the post went viral, Twitterati have flooded the social media with their reactions.

A user wrote, "All the police handles have become real cool."

Another wrote, "India is probably the only country in the world where people get scared on spotting a policeman, instead of feeling safe."
