Punjab minister raises Delhi violence in House

Chandigarh, Feb 27 (IANS): Punjab Cooperation and Jails Minister Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa on Thursday raised the issue of Delhi violence and killing of incidents during Zero Hour of the state assembly.

The national capital was in the state of turmoil and that all happened when US President Donald Trump was hosted by India.

"The violence created bad image... the police and Union Home Ministry failed miserably to stop the violence," he said.

Randhawa said the Delhi High Court directed action against three BJP leaders for hate speeches, but it was unfortunate that the judge concerned was transferred.
