New Delhi, April 22 (IANSlife) Cooking in a mug is one of the most fun and easy ways to create quick meals for yourself. Here are a few recipes, shared by Whirlpool, that can be enjoyed either for breakfast, an afternoon snack or a sweet craving.

Omelette in a mug

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 tbsp floor

1 tbsp skim milk

1 tbsp grated cheese

2 tbsp sliced onion

2 tbsp diced capsicum

Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe:

Crack and beat the eggs together in a mug

Stir in the flour, milk, cheese and diced vegetables

Season with salt and pepper

Cook for 1 minute in your microwave oven

Enjoy the delicious omelette in a mug!

Mug Mac ‘n' Cheese

Ingredients:

½ cup pasta

¾ cup water

4 tbsp milk

1.4 tsp corn starch

4 tbsp grated cheddar

Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe:

Add pasta to a mug of water

Boil pasta for 3 minutes in a microwave oven

Mix remaining ingredients in the mug

Microwave it for another 60 seconds

Relish the mug mac ‘n' cheese

Mug Brownie

Ingredients:

3 tbsp flour

3 tbsp brown sugar

3 tbsp cocoa powder

3 tbsp cocoa coconut oil

½ tbsp vanilla essence

2 tbsp cocoa chips

A pinch of salt

3 tbsp water

Recipe:

Mix all ingredients in a cup

Bake for 45-60 mins in a microwave
