Media Release Mangalore, Jan 11: The members of the old students’ association of Ladyhill Victoria Girls High School assembled at the alma mater on Sunday January 10. The members gather every year to salute their alma mater and remember the sweet memories of the school days. The programme began with a prayer service. The assembled paid homage to the departed members of the association, which was followed by a warm welcome from vice-president Prabha Kudva. She also brought to the notice of the members that in 2013, the association would complete 60 years of its existence and that the members should plan some project that would support the institution.
Fun-filled games were conducted by Celine Rego and Irene Pais and some of the members exhibited their talent by acting out a comedy skit. Shwetha performed a dance to entertain the audience.
Beatrice Pereira contributed Rs 15,000 towards the association fund for future projects of the institution on the occasion of her 50th wedding anniversary. Two members, Celine Pereira and Clarissa celebrated their birthdays. The group dispersed after a sumptuos lunch with sweet memories of the get-together.

Not a single man in the reunion !! I was in one of the last batches of boys to study here. I was there from K.G. to the Fourth Standard.Then almost the entire class moved to St.Aloysius. I have a lot of good memories of my days there, especially of my teachers. Both my brothers studied there till their 5th. I still remember my very first day when I was dragged into class by our maid :). I will always be grateful to this school and my wonderful teachers for giving us all such a good start in life. Thank you all.
Hello there, I was a student at Ladyhill between 3rd and 6th Std during the years of 1991-1995. I was the volley ball vice-captain in 1994. I would really like to get in touch with my amazing class mates.Anybody from that batch ? Being at this school was one of the most memorable times of my life!
