Only small fishes are caught by ( Law Enforcement ) net....they can't catch big (Whales / Timingila / Politicians ) fish in the net...If they try ...these will break the net....

Also drug addiction starts with milder form and grows gradually till people become addicts...

Drugs cannot be controlled or cannot be free from drug menace , until Government come with a strict laws which says, shoot at sight for drug peddlers and life sentence for drug addicts.

Strict laws come at a price as they will be misused to control people rather than for the good of the people.

Everybody knows that illegal drugs is a very very big business the world over involving highly professional cartels; the MONEY involved is humongous; and such businesses cannot run without the tacit understanding /nexus of law enforcement agencies!
Once in a way, some small fishes are caught & made scapegoats just to throw dust in the eyes of the gullible ! while the business goes on!

CBI, ED, NCB sleuths, have been grilling these starlets n their cronies, numerous arrests, have led to disclosures of Political bigwigs, underworld, in tango with police, have revealed the underbelly of vicious crimes across our nation !!! The stringent NDPS 1985 act, which is non bailable, must be slapped against this individuals, the diabolic organised criminals nexus, has to be crushed to prevent moral depravity among youths of our nation !!!

Even in PMC BANK case, what were RBI auditors doing when such huge fraud was on since so many years; even now RBI is not showing any inclination in reviving the.bank when thousands of innocent investors money is stuck; many have committed suicide!
Where is the accountability? Nobody cares for the common man, the situation is going from bad to worse day by day!
A total of 1.3 lacs crores of bank money.had been defrauded with no one made accountable except some small fishes! This is the state of affairs!

Why the govt is making a mountain out of mole hill, I do not know. In Amsterdam, we get mild drugs in coffee shops legally. Mild drugs are allowed in Canada and some other countries now. Many students in Mumbai take drugs only during exams to keep away from sleep. More than 40 rich and industrialist Gujarathis have been allowed to go out of country, after swindling 640,000 crores to banks. Now, one more Gujarathi, Naresh Jain is involved in 20,000 crore hawala business. For govt, film artistes taking some mild drugs is symptomatic, but, these big swindlers are asymptomatic.

Irrelevant and illogical, every drug addict is start by mild intake and further become dependent, look at the condition in Punjab, drug flows in young veins ....
When did Hawala Kingpin Naresh Jain become Gujarati, he is from Rajashtan but operating from Delhi, he is in the Hawala, Money laundering business for 2 decades now, once arrested in 2009 and released, his prime time was between 2000 to 2016 .... now ED arrested him a couple of days back for many charges, get your facts right ....
