Torturing common person who have minor neighbour complaints, beating innocent persons, using filthy words, insulting and lock up innocents with under wears is the culture of trained Karnatka Police.Police not touching actual criminals and goondas. That is why Indian Police has no respect and rare parents like their childrens career in police departments.

I think the sub inspector is acting under the order's of some one to harass Mr. Devadiga, or under influence of Alcohol. What ever it is stern action should be taken against him. He can show his might at home not on innocent tax paying public where his salary comes from.

Slap him hard on both the sides of his face, so that this rowdy police officer too feels the pain of an ordinary person. We donot need hooligans like him in police uniform. dismiss him immediately.

Police need to investigate before punishing anyone. More over courts are there to prove the crime.Kindly control the antisocial elements instead of harassing general public.
