Mangalore, May 3: After a bus hit a motor bike at Pavanje near Haleangady on the night of Sunday May 2, the pillion rider was killed and the bike rider was injured.
The deceased has been identified as Addu (32) from Shibarur. He was travelling in a motor bike driven by another person, who is yet to be identified.
A private bus moving towards Udupi from the city hit the motor bike. The rider suffered grave injuries and was admitted into a hospital. A case has been registered in Mulky police station.
