Mumbai, Nov 30: Srikrishna Vittal Prathistana ladies wing president, BSKB Association Gokula Sion activist, head of Pejavar math Mumbai Madhwesha Bhanjana Mandali Santacruz, Sunanda Sadananda Upadhyaya (78) passed away in a private hospital in Andheri east on Friday November 27 after a brief illness.

She was always jovial and indulged in service maintaining a good rapport with elders and the young alike.

She hailed from Katipalla, Shibaroor, Udupi and grew up in Mysuru before settling in Mumbai. She took initiatives in social, educational and religious sectors and had worked for the development of society. She has left behind her son, friends and relatives.
