Mumbai, Dec 7: Three men from Nallasopara have been arrested by the Oshiwara police for cheating a man to the tune of Rs 70,000.

The victim identified as S Yadav was duped into giving the cash he was carrying in exchange of a supposedly Rs 1.5 lac bundle of notes that the accused reportedly earned in black.

The incident occurred in Jogeshwari on November 4 when the victim went to deposit his employer's money in a bank. However, Yadav's greed got the better of him when he handed over the Rs 70,000 for a bundle that had only one Rs 500 note on top with the rest being paper.

With the help of CCTV, the police were successful in tracking the accused.
