Mangaluru, Apr 14: As many as nine fishermen are still missing, after a fishing boat with 14 people capsized in deep-sea here on Tuesday April 13.

The Indian Coast Guard has continued its operation to trace the missing fishermen on Wednesday April 14.

The boat sank 43 nautical miles of Bunder port. The incident reportedly took place at 2.30 am on Tuesday.

The search operation is delayed as the ill-fated boat has submerged completely into water.

It may be recalled that a ship from Singapore APL LE HAVRE collided with the boat which led to the mishap. The boat 'Rabah' belongs to Jaafar of Beypore in Kozhikode district in Kerala which ventured into the sea from Beypore on Sunday.

Reportedly, three fishermen were killed and two people were rescued on Tuesday.
