Udupi, Apr 24: As weekend curfew was imposed, social worker Vishu Shetty Ambalpady distributed meals among 100 needy, sick, aged people, paralysed people and people who did not get food.

Vishu Shetty distributed food at different places like Adi Udupi, Pandubettu, Karavali Bypass, Shirebeedu, Rathabeedi, Rajangana parking, Kinnimulky, Balaipade, railway station and bus stands in Udupi.

Even though restaurants were permitted to keep open for takeaways, most restaurants were closed which caused difficulties to migrant workers. Vishu Shetty has said that he will distribute food on Sunday also.

It is good to know the Selfless Service and Sacrifies made by our own Social Worker, Vishnu Shetty, distributing 'Meals' to needy 100 people, specially the volnerable and aged persons day after day at weekend curfew. How great is this contribution ? I sincerely hope, some more generous persons will come forward to assist and render such valuable Service to the marginalized and helpless persons. May the Good Almighty reward them abundantly in their Lives ! I pray for all of them, besides giving Thanks to the Lord that we too have many such generous people.
