Udupi, Apr 30: Under the presidentship of the district in-charge Basavaraj Bommai, on approval by MLA Raghupati Bhat and district BJP president Kuyiladi Suresh Nayak, Allwyn D'Souza was elected as a member of representatives of the standing committee of minority organizations of the district as in-charge of a 15-point programme of PM Modi.

At present, Allwyn is working as chief secretary of BJP minority morcha of Udupi. He was nominated by the state government. He is working as secretary in the Manipal branch of Majdoor Association. He was the former vice-president of Udupi city BJP minority morcha. He is the legal advisor of the consumer forum as well.

Allwyn had efficiently handled the propaganda of BJP through social media. He has done BA LLB. In addition, he is computer literate and worked as a networking trainer. He taught computer applications.

In the field of sports, Allwyn is a weightlifter since 13 years. He has bagged a gold medal in the weightlifting competition organized by Mangaluru Univesity and gold and silver medals in the state-level weightlifting competitions.
