Bantwal, Oct 1: Journalist, writer Farook Goodinabali (38) passed away at his residence on Friday September 30 evening due to prolonged illness.
Farook worked as a journalist for various newspapers from Bantwal. Farook was a resident of Goodinabali near Panemangalore.
He was trainer for the gram panchayat members on the rights and duties in the panchayat raj system and on child rights. He was actively involved in social activities. Farook is survived by his mother, wife and daughter.
Bantwal Taluk Working Journalists Association condoled the death of journalist.
