Shimla, Nov 23 (IANS): Two labourers were trapped under the rubble of a dilapidated four-storeyed building which collapsed in Parwanoo in Himachal Pradesh on Tuesday, police said.
The building was recently purchased by one Pawan Singla, who hired three labourers to clean it.
An official told IANS over phone that one labourer managed to extricate himself, but two others are still trapped under the rubble.
Emergency services have been pressed into service to rescue the trapped people.
"We received information that there were three people in the building," he added.
