Bantwal: Thieves failed bid to burgle house caught on camera

Bantwal, Feb 27: Miscreants made a failed attempt to burgle a house in Bantwal taluk while there was no one in the house on Sunday, February 27.

Thieves had entered the residence of Mohammed Ali Manila in Ajjinadkka who is working abroad. Two people have attempted to enter the house by breaking the back door when his mother, wife, and children were away .

It is said that the owner Ali has access to the CCTV cameras on his mobile phone. As the two cameras were facing upwards he had inquired with his family members.

When the family members who were out returned home and checked the CCTV camera the incident came to light.

It is said that two people entering the house around February 27 between 1 AM and 2 AM has been recorded on the CCTV camera.

Police have registered a case as per the complaint filed by Mohammed Siraj, brother of the owner of the house. Vittal police visited the spot for investigation.
