Mangaluru: Massive clean-up drive held at at Mukka beach

Mangaluru, Mar 1: A massive beach clean-up drive was held under the joint aegis of Maruti Sports Club Mukka and Mukka Proteins Limited at Mukka on Sunday February 28.

Speaking on the occasion local corporator Shobha Rajesh and Udaya Suvarna said that activities of this kind should be held regularly.

President of Maruti Sports Club Kishore Bhaskar Puthranm, president of Durga friends Mukka Girish Suvarna, president of Mithrapatna Mogaveera Mahasabha Ravindra Karkera, Shivaram Gurikara, president of Nandini cricketers Arand Purshothama Devadiga, president of Mithrapatna Yuvaka Vrinda Arun Kumar, president of Mithrapatna Mahila Sabha Kavitha Sharath, president of Sriram Friends Sunil Salian and managing director of Mukka Proteins Mohammed Arif, Mohammed Hasir, Jagannath Shetty Bala and Udaya Suvarna were present.

Jagannath Kotian welcomed the guests. The event was compered by Vasantha Suvarna.
