CM attacks Cong padayatra

Speaking to reporters, the Chief Minister criticized the Congress party for creating needless problems and troubling the citizens of Bengaluru through its padayatra. The padayatra will not benefit anybody except to satisfy the egos of Congress leadrs while causing hardships for the people of Bengaluru, he said.

Bommai said the Congress party has no moral right to speak about Mekedatu as it did nothing when in power. “If their intention was to merely voice their protests, the Congress leaders could have held a protest demonstration at the freedom struggle and addressed a meeting before dispersing. They are creating traffic congestion and problems in all parts of the city for 3 days, he said.
