Young men need orientation in entrepreneurship ..The word "Business" is wrongly equated with money. Business requires courage ,Fearless attitude ,one pointed focus ,hard work with a service attitude and acceptance of failures with proper risk and money management. if one has 100 rupees ,invest just 50 rupees . Hindus are more prone towards suicide because their priestly class instill fear and superstition in them. There are less people who want to encourage and support even with some positive words when things go wrong. Om Shanthi to the departed soul.

Very sad.One who starts business without experience is damned to loss.Always dont get in without any help from a experienced person .take person who will help you incase problems arise.Same time dont put whole money in one .but keep aside some money for later or in many other types.Always start small and can be make it bigger when good respond.May people make failure that give out money more than income.Have to keep close eye on what is going on.But never end your life when something goes wrong Exactly this is better go for a council someone will may help you.Now it is late poor fellow put his family still more in problems They have to pay back his loan ?Heartfelt sympathy to his family.May God forgive him for his suicide.RIP.

I can understand the pain of the departed brother. He died of a broken heart felling that he was never destined accomplish his dreams. No man wants to live a empty life. There are no words to describe the pain. I wish the brother knew he was not alone in this and most of us middle aged undergo the same predicament. Rest in Peace dear Sudhakar and condolences of his family.

The government MUST step in and enact laws like that work. They should learn from the West on how they got industrialized by making user friendly Taxes, Bank Loans, Technology transfers, Bankruptcies, quick turn around resolutions and full local and federal government support for small and large businesses. In Indian businessmen and their families receive very little of the above and last year 8000 Industrialist/Businessmen from India immigrated to the West. It is sad to see so many young men killing themselves when they could not repay their creditors. Genuine bankruptcy and favourable tax laws will encourage budding entrepreneurs from making their ideas a reality. Developing the Indian business market will provide jobs for the masses and will give the governments a fair share of taxes. "Make in India" will have teeth only when laws are business friendly, and stringent laws with qualified and licensed Trustees in bankruptcies will ensure these laws are not abused.

Sad. When big startups are failing, this is not at all surprising. Blame it on inflation, unemployment, cut throat competition, financial distress, treachery and fake dreams. This is just the beginning.
