Mangaluru: Much awaited City Centre Carnival all set to commence on Jul 14

Mangaluru, Jul 14: The City Centre mall on its celebratory 12th Year anniversary, is all geared up to host a month-long pompous carnival, here in city, commencing on Thursday, July 14 at 5 PM.

The carnival will go on till August 15.

The carnival would witness a splendid variety of cultural, entertainment and artistic splendour. The central theme reflects the aspects of colourfulness, which is expected to be an absolute treat to the visitors' eyes. Besides, there will be various activities to engage the crowd. As planned, different hosts would organize the proceedings of the events each day, conducting vivid games and fun-filled activities to be conducted inside the mall.

The key highlights of the event are, The splendid Atrium Décor, the photo OPP, performance by the dazzling welcome artistes, the marvellous dragon Art, the magnificent carnival theme dressed artistes, the scintillating traditional Tiger dance performance, the skilful jugglers and ribbon artistes with their performances and lots more.

The event would be initiated with a formal inaugural function, comprising a cake cutting ceremony.

Other distinctive highlights of the event would be Mirror man, a charming live human fountain girl, catchy photo opp artistes, a swaying performance by liquid drummers and many more. Also, a long list of exciting carnival themed events have been planned for kids as well. Some of them include acrylic painting, carnival themed dream catcher, carnival themed chandelier, carnival themed pebble painting, sand art and numerous other enticing events.

The carnival would also showcase fine talents from local areas and abroad as well. International famed artistes would gather to perform at the event. Indian Idol sensation Nihal Tauro would also be performing at the event. Other performances by magic Munawar, Nagesh Barbure, DID fame Kishore Aman and Team, Chota Charlie and other enticing performances are in the event list.

The month-long carnival would be a power packed spectacle of fun and frolic, food and entertainment with the display of an array of talents by artistes from all around.

The City Centre Mall, situated in the heart of the city has been one of the most notable landmarks, attracting tourists and people from various destinations. It is regarded as one of the biggest malls in Mangaluru. It is a one-stop-shop with fashion, food and entertainment all being converged in one place.
