Udupi, Jul 15: In a fire mishap which took place in the wee hours on Friday July 15, a private lodge got burnt to ashes. The incident happened in Manipal.
A bar and restaurant cum lodging facility situated in Eshwarnagara of Manipal was gutted in the fire mishap. The incident occurred due to the short circuit in the power supply, informed sources.
Alcohol bottles, restaurant items, and other materials were burnt in the incident.
Fire and emergency services personnel arrived at the spot and doused the fire.
