Driver could have tried to save the patient, but I feel still he should have control over the speed particularly near to Toll gate while raining. The way it has hit, there is no control on speed and vehicle

First of all clear all stray animals from the road, The ambulance driver was just trying to save the patient's life if he doesn't reach the hospital on time the blame is on him so yeah respect him for saving countless lives till now. Roads are made and tolls are collected from people and they should be maintained in proper manner. It's easy to blame the driver for being harsh but he's just trying to save a life. Clear off the stray animals and use the money from tolls to maintain roads . Blame yourself not others

Goons of toll only interested in collecting money, toll approach should be clear for ambulance . Secondly cow owner or rss should compensate victims. Because of beef ban lot of cows occupy public road and cause fatal accidents.

Total Rash driving -- The ambulance meant to save lives has taken now lives -- become a killer vehicle-- possibly poor condition of vehicle ---- We see very many such ambulance vehicles driving rashly -- even if accident does not happen imagine fate of patient inside -- Road humps -- pot holes -- swerving -- honking noise etc etc -- Driver has to be disciplined -- An ambulance has mostly Life saving equipments inside -- medically equipped -- emergency equipments -- for which reason it is known as ambulance ---- So while necessary to move as quickly as possible to nearest hospital -- there is no need to drive -- in life threatening -- manner --

Every second counts when a patient is in the ambulance - it may seem rash to you but if the ambulance driver doesn't drive aggressively, the patient's life and his driver job will be at risk. While the ambulance does have emergency equipment inside, it is only temporary and not specific life-saving equipment. The same way, if ambulance driver drives slowly and doesn't reach hospital on time, he will be blamed for driving slowly and resulting in complications for the patient inside. All we can do is give way for the ambulance and remove all obstructions. This was just an unfortunate incident, mainly due to heavy rains and obstruction of path by stray animal. Condolences to all deceased and a speedy recovery to the injured.

And we are given dreams of Bullet Trains in India!!! Even with latest technologies(GPS tracking/5G, 6G Telecom/1Gbps Broadband, Internet speeds/Traffic Control Room,Systems/Fastag etc), they cant even clear the obstacles at the tollgate for a Speeding Ambulance to give a Zero Traffic at the Tollgate itself!!! If such an arrangement is not there, it is really dangerous and risky to drive at those speeds endangering the lives of those in the ambulance and others on the road!!! May the departed souls rest in peace!!! Hope the system just doesn't ignore such incidents and learn and take necessary actions to prevent them in future!!! Jai Hind!!!

May the deceased' souls RIP! Very tragic; possibly the stray animal roaming on the highway is the main cause of the accident as ambulance drivers are always under mental pressure from the patient's relatives to reach the hospital as fast as possible! BTW, Byndoor-Kundapur area seems to be jinxed, of late, as all sorts of tragic events are occurring almost every second day!! Only yesterday one baby girl collapsed and died mysteriously while going to school!!

gomatha left on roads are always a big menace to motorists as well as pedestrians as sometimes they tried to attack pedestrians also....but in this case gomatha was at a far distance and this is total fault of the ambulance driver.....even if gomatha causes issues no one can do anything as it is considered sacred in this country..so chaltha hai

horrible scene.. may the departed souls rest in peace. We can not blame ambulance drivers always. Sometimes, people accompanying patient also pressurize drivers to speed up & drivers risk their own lives. But, "ambulance drivers should be trained to drive sensibly". Driver knew, he is approaching toll gate, he should have slowed down a bit.

You cannot say it’s a mistake of an ambulance and ambulance tend to go fast to save someone’s life it’s the road which is been concreted. concrete roads slip during rainy seasons. That’s what happened here.

100% mistake of the ambulance. Why can't they get an ambulance with ABS? Even scooters come with ABS. Pathetic state of affairs of health care.

In rainy season when driving makes sure you have good tires with threads. Also never drive more than 60 km when it's raining. Drive slow I am feeling too sad seeing the deaths of 3 people. Please take care and drive very slow

Ambulance driver should realise not taking life of people is as important as saving life of patients....many ambulance drivers are driving very rashly with 6 to 8 headlites, not giving dim lights to on comming traffic, when not in emergency and misuse the priveledge given to ambulance....high time, proper guildlines are put in place for their rash act..

These vehicles dont have any safety features like ABS , EBD , Anti skid etc .Driving at these speeds in the rains is extremely dangerous. I doubt if this vehicle has air bags !!!!
