Kasargod, Sep 11: Bekal DySP Sunil Kumar and team arrested three people and confiscated a large amount of narcotic drugs that were being transported in a car.
Aravinda Murali (21), a resident of Kalnad, Abdul Khader Azeem (32) of Manjeshwara Kunjathur and Mohammed Yasin (20) of Uliathadka are the arrested accused.
Police confiscated 50 gram of ganja and stamps containing narcotic drugs.
The operation was carried out based on the tip-off from an informant.
The car was waylaid at Kalnad and the drugs were found.
