Bantwal, Mar 26: SKSSF Vagga branch and Blood Helpline Karnataka ® jointly conducted a blood donation camp with the participation of Tejaswini Hospital Mangaluru on Sunday, March 24 at the MUM auditorium of Jumma Masjid Vagga near here.

Inaugurating the stage programme of the event, Ibrahim Faizee Ustad, said, “Show mercy on people living on this earth. Allah will definitely show mercy on you.” He also congratulated the organizers, who coordinated this event.

V Abdul Salam, president of MJM presided over the function.

Welcoming the gathered people, Shahul Kasim, chief secretary, SKSSF Vagga branch said, “Blood donation is the best among all the donations. One drop of our blood may save one life.”

Dr Siddique EK, Dr Praveen Sera and medical officers of Tejaswini hospital spoke on the occasion and wished the camp all the success.

67 people donated blood in this camp. The medical officers and staff of Tejasvini hospital coordinated in collecting the blood from the donors.
