Entire Karnataka, especially Bangalore is filled with Reddy's and other Andhra people. Just like Gujrathi and Marwadi crowd rules Mumbai, these outside state people dominate in every field. Corruption originates from such people. Poor Kannadigas are confined to auto drivers, clerical persons and lower category Govt officers. It is high time Karnataka Govt thinks seriously like Raj Thakare.

"four years of imprisonment and to pay Rs five lac fine. Failure to pay the fine will attract another year’s imprisonment" -- court order

Instead if the court order read like this:

""four years of imprisonment and to pay Rs five lac fine. Failure to get imprisoned will attract another Rs five lac fine"

This guy would have paid Rs 25 lacs even before coming out of court.
