Karkala, Jan 23: Over ten passengers sustained injuries when a government bus collided with a stationary tempo in Sanur, Karkala, on Thursday morning.
The incident occurred near the Ram Mandir area in Sanur when a government bus from the Chikkodi depot, traveling from Belagavi towards Dharmasthala, rammed into a tempo parked by the roadside.
The impact left the front portion of the bus heavily damaged, injuring several passengers and the driver.
Locals promptly rushed the injured to the Karkala Government Hospital for treatment.

Thu, Jan 23 2025We need to conduct traffic awareness to all drivers. In our place no sign was kept front or back for vehicle break down. They stop middle of the road and go for search mechanic near by .
