Mangaluru, Dec 31: District BJP Mahila Morcha and Yuva Morcha staged protest here at Clock tower on Thursday December 31, against SDPI for raising pro-Pakistan slogan at gram panchayat poll victory celebration at Ujire.
Addressing the protestors, District Yuva Morcha president Gururaj Kamath said, “We all need to be very proud to be citizens of this country. On the other hand, SDPI are raising pro- Pakistan slogans at poll victory celebrations. We condemn the act.
“That also indicates favouring of terrorism activities. We demand the Election Commission to ban SDPI. We have submitted a memorandum to the home minister to take stringent action against SDPI,” he said.
