Why is MESCOM not laying "Underground cables" for transmission of electricity. This will stop the frequent power cuts due to "short circuit and tripping" due to overhead exposed electric wires. It will also stop above mentioned accidents. All major cities have underground electric cables.

Mescom, undoubtedly, is one of the worst power utility supplying company in the country with least accountability and third rate work without any sort of safety precautions!!
