May her soul rest in peace! Surprisingly, to retrieve a body form water, be it from a river or well, the Police authorities use people from the neighbourhood. How come the Fire Brigade or Police Personnel are not trained in such a rescue or retrieval. People cannot risk their lives whereas the authorities Police or Fire Personnel are covered under these risky and hazardous jobs in case something should go wrong.
