What is the appropriate behavior desirable from a person high on Ganja? I thought, possession of Ganja and use/abuse of it is offense. Was it not the popular medicine prescribed by the Hakeem for centuries? It is a different matter that today nobody waits for Hakeem to prescribe it - self-medication is more popular and its abuse is a menace in some campuses and certain areas of undivided DK and Udupi.

Ganja is a natural product that needs to be consumed in isolation from public... It is for meditation and not for intoxication... May be the guy had some other substance too... Proper consumption of ganja will only make a person saner and like a sage... It is the cheapest available relaxing substance and healthier than alcohol... Like Biden rightly said it must be made legal and consumption must be brought under framework of rules...
