Mangaluru, Oct 18: Rodricks Autotech’s new Mahindra Authorized Service Center-cum-Customer Touch Point was inaugurated at Meenakalia Road, Baikampady on Tuesday October 18.

K Mathan Sundaran, zonal service manager, south, and Dattatray Kokitkar, area service manager, Karnataka, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd opened the service center and workshop by cutting the ribbon.

Sunil Jalan, ESSJEY Trading and Sathi Enterprises, Raghunandan, Saran Transport, and Sunil D'Souza, Sansav Group were present as chief guests.

Wishing the best to the management of Rodricks Autotech, Sunil Jalan said, "I have a decade's association with Rodricks and family. They are the first people who introduced an integrated workshop for heavy vehicles in Mangaluru. They know the complex problems of vehicles very easily. Through hard work and sincerity, they succeeded in maintaining friendly relationship with customers. Now they are launching another workshop here which is fully dedicated to render service to Mahindra & Mahindra customers. On this occasion, I congratulate and wish them all success."

Sunil D’Souza said, "I have been a customer of Mahindra & Mahindra for a long time. But sometimes, I do complain about the shortage of service stations in Mangaluru. The truck drivers’ association requested Mahindra & Mahindra to add one more service station in Mangaluru exclusively for heavy vehicles. Our request is accepted and now we have a new service center. We thank Praveen and Naveen Rodricks for providing the new facility in Mangaluru. This will definitely help hundreds of Mahindra customers in and around Mangaluru."

Rodricks Autotech is located near NMPT Gate, Meena Kalia Road, Baikampady. The business came into existence in 2009 and has, since then, been a known name in its field. The Rodricks family have 60 years of experience in handling maintenance and service on heavy vehicles in Mangaluru.
