Puttur, Oct 25: An inebriated man hurled stones at the windshield of KSRTC bus angered by the fact that the bus did not stop where the man wanted to get down. This incident occurred at Uppinangady on Monday October 24.
The Vegadooth bus was plying from Bengaluru to Mangaluru. The man, a labourer working in national highway extension work, was on the bus. He asked the driver to stop the bus before the actual designated stop. But the driver drove ahead and stopped at the authorized stop.
As soon as the inebriated man got down from the bus, he threw stones at the windshield of the bus and damaged it.
