RIP, a heinous crime, but why crack down on tuitions. Private individual tuitions are of great benefit to both students and teachers and too small to get license.

Fully agree with Dr Kusuma Kumari Gunji MBBS DGO, Nellore Kodyadka. Rape is a heinous crime and those who do it does not deserve any mercy whatsoever . They are criminals of order number 1. But, BJP does not seem to agree. The Gujrat State and Modiji government does not think that Rape is a serious crime. Getting votes is primary. They will release rapists and murderers for their good behaviour.

Looks like, India (some Indians) is ahead of rest of world countries in all such maniac, behaviour and inhuman acts without caring age factor (kids to old aged). What is the reason? only capital punishment can deter bad guys from such nasty behaviour
