Mallikarjun Kharge takes over as first non-Gandhi Congress prez after 24 yrs

New Delhi, Oct 26 (IANS): Mallikarjun Kharge has officially taken over as the Congress president and became the first non-Gandhi after a gap of 24 years to be the party chief.

Ahead of his official takeover as the Congress president on Wednesday, Kharge paid tributes to Mahatma Gandhi at the Rajghat, and also visited the Samta Sthal and Shakti Sthal.

Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi were present along with other senior leaders of the party. Rahul Gandhi took a break from his ongoing Bharat Jodo Yatra to attend the Kharge takeover.

    BJP gives the impression that it is a hardworking party -- but reality is-- it is HARDLY working party--- Except Temple runs -- Stadiums inaugurating -- other White elephant projects -- Bombastic speeches -- Corruption -- Two Industry houses most favored status --Billionaire competition -- Poverty high ----etc. etc. etc. -- Now Congress -riding on Bharat Jodo Yatra has to capitalize and under MR KHARGE -- (non-controversial leadership) -- can hope to get support -- of common man--

After electoral success of decades, both father and son were decimated by another father-son duo, from the BJP. 80 Years old Sr Kharge will continue to be human robot of the fake Ghandhi family and will be the fall guy for 2024 debacle no doubt.

    Kharge has the smell of the sheep and will be a good shepherd to the congress. His experience as a grass root party worker, a legislator, an opposition leader, and a Minister at the State and Centre, his unwavering loyalty to the party through thick and thin; is an added advantage to the Congress. Congressmen did make a good choice in him.

    Shashi Tharoor is the most able, qualified, comparatively energetic, linguistic, presentable, bold and crowned with leadership qualities. Let him concentrate on the Premier position of India. (If at all Congress wins or will be able to form next government. Change in ruling party is a must.

    Whoever becomes President, whatever happens, the darling scion of the Congress, youth Icon, now just keeps on walking. Come what may, no stopping him.Back ground song be like " Chal akela Chal akela Chal akelaa... tere peeche aaye sab Kaaye Kelaa " Festival, Cricket Carnival... no nothing. Only one aim.     Best wishes to Shri Kharge on his well deserved election as the President of the INC. There is no doubt that the new Congress President has a daunting task ahead of him to rebuild the Party so as to pose a threat to the present dispensation.     Dr Manmohan Singh was the prime minister under UPA -- So a person from minority community has been made PM ----- nothing new -- India needs a Strong opposition -- with BJP going all out on Hindutva -- Zero governance -- temple runs -- no other agenda-- In the meanwhile Rich getting richer at the cost of the poor and middle class - Food and commodity Inflation high -- Jobs growth tapering etc -- Corruption -- education standards going backwards --

    NAMO is ruling because of the power and blessing of more than 50% of Indian population and 312 elected representatives , where as Congress President is discarded member from his own constituency. Never had the guts to fight from a general category seat. Where as NAMO can win from any constituency and twice he has got elected from a seat which is outside his state.

    This is as amazing as Rishi Sunak becoming PM of UK! No wide coveage but. It took Indian Rishi just 42 years to become PM, UK, but the whole of 81 years for Indian cum Non Gandhian, Kharg to become Congress President. So you know which one is tough..

    Khagre just stood by to rake in the moolah. He never had any ambition . He has made enough for few generations ,just imagine a net worth of 50K crores? He never retired . Now the Gandhis found a scape goat for 2024. So after the 2024 assembly elections, Khagre will be blamed for the disaster and will be forced to resign or go away for sometime. If he is shameless he might be called back. RaGa will be the interim president once again .
