Udupi, Oct 30: Udupi City municipality member Celine Karkada passed away on October 29. She was suffering from health issues.
Celine Karakada was the elected representative of Moodu Perampally ward currently.
She had also served as a standing committee president of Udupi CMC during 2013 -14.
She was also actively involved in the Congress party and its women's wing.
