This is my sujjestion to all who face depression. Begin your day with prayer and Go to bed with prayer. No matter what religion you belong to. Before ending life Talk to Jesus this prayer Lord you told you are the life and resurrection You told give me your yolk or burden I will carry You told take my peace I am the prince of peace Then why this suffering.? Just talk to him. Within no time he will intervene in your life. Just believe because for depression only Jesus is the healer Devil wants to distroy life Suicidal thoughts from devil.he is lier and father of all lies There is no updates for his tactics because he is a lazy fellow.

Joshua Mangalore ,Poland ,Joshua this you can Practice to yourself ,but not a woman who has depression since many years.Such people are not in a state to concentrate on devils or Jesus.Their mind is simply empty ,cant think right. They need intensive care medicine, and observation.Their step even is not concentrated. One must only experience such patients ,then one knows it.Women mostly suffer from this in their menopause than men.at the age 40-to 50or even late. When harmon changes take place happen this.Even when women soon after delivery too suppose they are not happy with baby expected or surrounding at home simply a harmon change.May her soul rest in peace.Heartfelt sympathy to her family.

Recently similar incident happened in Ullala, this is second such incident which I am aware of, government need to take this matter seriously and understand the mental issues teachers are going on. It is high time, But coz its election time, I don't think education ministers will have any time to focus on public issues.
