Mangaluru, Nov 3: A case is filed in the south police station of the city accusing a duo of fraud by creating fake land documents.
Natesh Kumar had bought six cents of land for Rs 21 lac at Someshwar in 2014. The sale deed was registered in the sub registrar office. While selling the land, accused K Raghavendra and K Shantha made Natesh believe that the land does not have any loan or attachment on it. However, the accused was involved with Ravindra and gave agreement for attachment and the court attached the property accordingly.
In his complaint, Natesh said that the accused, though aware of the attachment, created fake documents in the sub registrar’s office and sold the land.
