Mangaluru: Valencia church celebrates golden jubilee of parish pastoral council

Mangaluru, Nov 20: The Church of St Vincent Ferrer, Valencia celebrated the golden jubilee of the parish council on November 19.
 
The celebration began with eucharist which was celebrated by vicar general Msgr Maxim Noronha and  concelebrated by parish priest Fr Roque D'Sa, assistant parish priest Fr Vijay Monterio, Fr James D'Souza and Fr Joswin D'Souza. 
 














































































 
After the mass, a get together was held at the golden jubilee hall. Vicar general Msgr Maxim Noronha was the  chief guest. Fr Roque welcomed the gathering. The parish priest, assistant parish priest, vice president, secretaries, gurkar’s were present.
 
Parish priest Fr Roque D'Sa, asst parish priest Fr Vijay Monterio, resident priest Fr Paul D'Souza, parish council vice-president David Pais, secretary Rita Menezes, co-ordinator of 21 commissions Steevan Rodrigues, members of parish council were present on the occasion 
 
Ronald Rodrigues compered the programme. Stevan Rodrigues proposed a vote of thanks. Felicitation ceremony was well managed by Patrick D'Souza. Delicious food was served to all.
