Bahrain: Curtains down on 'Kudlotsava 2022' with grand events

Bahrain, Dec 15: 'Kudlotsava 2022' organised under the leadership of Anand Lobo, which had non-stop six weekend events like sports, dance and other entertainment drew a curtain on December 2 evening at Indian Club premises with a packed audience from across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, India, UAE and other parts of the world.

The spectacular event was filled with loads of entertainment including traditional 'Pili vesha' (Tiger dance), Bollywood dance, comedy, and Tulu, Konkani, Kannada and Hindi songs.

Dr Ronald Colaco, philanthropist, and NRI entrepreneur was the chief guest of the event. In his speech, he commended the efforts of Anand Lobo and his team for organizing such a spectacular event with totally fun-loaded entertainment.

Dr Arathi Krishna, former NRI Cell of Karnataka government chairperson, who also helped hundreds of NRIs during the difficult Covid times by repatriating them from various Gulf countries, Prof Radhakrishnan, a politician, intellectual and educationalist, Mithun Rai, Congress leader from coastal Karnataka, Roy Castelino, entrepreneur from Mangaluru, Razak Hejamady, Bahrain's leading business tycoon, Barke Yadav, Pravinchandra Alva, corporator from Mangaluru, Nagararaj Shetty, former MLA from Bantwal and others were the prominent leaders among the lists of guests.

Komal D’Souza, ace compere from Udupi, who is also a star TV host on Daijiworld television, took charge of the show for the entertainment part. Konkani TV Reality show winner Velita Lobo, and Jason Lobo were the invited star singers from Mangaluru who rendered Tulu, Konkani, Kannada and Hindi songs and Baila at the end.

The star attraction and highlight of the show were 'Private Challenge' fame Aravind Bolar and Walter Nandalike who have presented more than 120 comedy shows on Daijiworld TV for the last couple of years. The famed duo presented the first-ever LIVE Private Challenge show at the 'Kudlotsava' event which created a laughter riot. The show was appreciated by the wide audience.

The non-stop 4-hour event was full of entertainment and comedy. Anand Lobo, the organiser of the event, also managed the guests' felicitations and some stage events in between.

Lobo also announced that he would be launching Gulf-level events very soon.
