Gundagiri act by Manohar, Chethan and Kishore is condemned, these needs to be punished, quick arrest action by police appreciated. Hope Court too gives out their verdict on urgent basis! Having said that most of the readers who commented assume and take for granted that Isaac is innocent! That may or may not be true! Many middle aged men while commuting in public transports, misbehave with young innocent school going children! Generally the victims of these acts, look at them as accidental acts by considering the age of the Man! Either these Gunda's acted because he misbehaved with the girl or had some other enmity. Certainly this action is not without any reason! Its has become a norm for minority to criticize BJP, RSS whether they deserve it or not!

This goondagiri for no reason is because of encouragement from BJP leaders..... Chaddi's can do whatever they want, They have separate law in BJP ruled states and they will be treated as hero's of BJP even if they go to jail..........!!!

When the government is biased these things would happen. There is no law for these rowdies in BJP ruled states.

This is a terrible case of injustice and goondagiri by people belonging to fascist party. Initially police didn’t do anything about these goons but now they have gone out of control. It is worse now as elections are nearing. It is high time for courts to take control of the situation and give stringent punishment to these goons. I

This is terrible. I strongly condemn this act. No form of vigilantism (jungle raj) is acceptable in a society based on rule of law. Even the police may use physical force only and only as a last resort. The courts must within 6 months pronounce exemplary punishment on those who are found guilty. The courts must also order the govt. of the day to compensate the victim for the losses incurred by him due to medical expenses and loss of workdays and earning capacity. The compensation with interest should be recovered from the accounts of the perpetrators of the crime.

Sorry, this is not vigilantism, rather it is hooliganism by hoodlums.
