    Very tragic indeed,
Human value is apparently least in this country and it is an index for it's development. An illiterate bus/lorry/rickshaw/car drivers are untimely made responsible for all these happenings.

The private bus drivers behave as if they are taking part in a Race. Some serious action should be taken against the drivers who dont follow the traffic rules and lack road sense, to avoid such incidents.

NH 48, from Kannur to Moodadyar is known as very straight road and dangerous since it was done. Already plenty accidents have happened at this particular place.Vehicles also travel in maximum speed. At present it has been converted into four way and passengers have more troubles to cross the road . So we shall not have blame game . instead let us watch carefully while crossing the road and drivers do drive steady.

Even though the road has been converted to a one way and beautifully done, this is nothing but overspeeding/overloading which has led to the accident. One more example of the ruthless private bus drivers. People need to take insurances before travelling in these "boxes of death" as many of those killed/maimed are the sole earning members of their respective families. May the deceased person's atman RIP!

the driver only is at fault. when in india you have to anticipate such people crossing the road and drive appropriately.besides most buses in india are built on truck chasis locally. factor made buses are safer.
