Mangaluru: Sniffer dog 'Jwala' of DK police crime detection wing dies

Mangaluru, Jan 4: The sniffer dog 'Jwala' of the Dakshina Kannada (DK) police criminal detection division died on Tuesday, January 3.

The dog which was 7 years 10 months young was of doberman breed and had served for seven years in the criminal detection division of the Dakshina Kannada police.

 

'Jwala' died due to complications in the functioning of its kidney, according to Dakshina Kannada district Superintendent of Police Hrishikesh Bhagawan Sonawane.
