New Delhi, June 12 (PTI) After Salman, Aamir and Saif Ali Khan, it is actor Abhay Deol now who has joined the moustache bandwagon for Dibakar Banerjee's 'Shanghai'.
The 35-year-old actor has adopted the look for his negative role in the upcoming film which also stars Emraan Hashmi and Kalki Koechlin.
"The moustache is for Dibakar's film 'Shanghai', a dark comedy about the Indian politics. It is a different movie and required a different look," said Abhay.
Last year, Salman's moustached look as Chulbul Pandey in 'Dabangg' was a hit with the audience. Saif is sporting a moustache in Prakash Jha's next 'Aarakshan' and Aamir is donning it for Reema Katgi's yet-to-be-titled film.
Touted as a political thriller, 'Shanghai' has been adapted from the book called 'Z' by Greek novelist Vassilis Vassilikos on the real-life assassination of a dynamic politician.
