Amitabh Smitten by Kids' Singing Talent

New Delhi, June 18 (IANS) The little kids in Zee TV's singing reality show "Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs" have found a fan in megastar Amitabh Bachchan. The actor says he is amazed to see the confidence that the young singers possess.

"What talent and what an amazing bunch of little kids, singing like senior professionals... just unbelievable! Moved me to tears just seeing them perform," Amitabh posted on his blog bigb.bigadda.com.

"Absolutely stupendous !! Raw fresh unknown, but determined to do well... from small town India... without any kind of inhibition or self consciousness... firm, strong, determined and confident!" he added.

"The innocence of their age reflecting in every little glance of theirs, the effortless singing in their performance and then the apprehensive shy expressions after they are done with it and wait apprehensively for the judges to pass their verdict on them... such a delight!!" the actor wrote.

"Now a regular feature for us, Jaya and I. Ah... ! Still cannot get over those incredible moments...!" he added.

Hosted by actor Jay Soni and child talents Dheirya Sorecha and Afsha Musani, the show has singers Adnan Sami, Kailash Kher and Javed Ali as judges.

Amitabh has been a singer himself though not a trained one. He has been singing in films for long and will once again be seen exercising his vocal cords in his upcoming film "Bbuddah...Hoga Tera Baap"
