Karkala: Man slips, falls into stream, dies

Karkala, Apr 1: A hotelier based in Mumbai, native of Karkala died an untimely death after he slipped and fell into a stream near his house in Mundkur here.

The deceased is identifed as Ramesh Sapaliga (68). 

He was a an alcoholic. On March 29, Ramesh had gone to Mundkur at 9 pm. He had not returned home on that day.

Ramesh's body was found near the nagaban of Mundkur Sri Durgaparameshwari temple on March 31 in a stream.

A complaint in this regard is filed in Karkala rural police station.
