'Most Precious Time in Our Lives,' Tweets Aishwarya

Mumbai, Jun 28: The entire country has been talking about mom-to-be Aishwarya Rai, and even the film fraternity has expressed its joy over the announcement of the Bachchan heir.

If there is one person who has kept 'mum' on the news all through, it is Aishwarya herself. Big B was the first to break the good news, and dad-to-be Abhi has been saying he hopes it's a girl just like Ash, but Ash herself has been keeping the fans in suspense.

But now she has finally broken her silence on her hubby's Twitter account and tweeted a big thanks to all her fans.

Says she on Twitter: "At this most PRECIOUS time in our lives. deeply moved...truly cherish all your wishes. God bless and love. thank you thank you and THANK YOU. Hey, my dearest extended family world over. THANK YOU so sooooo much for ALL your LOVE, PRAYERS, BEST WISHES and BLESSINGS for us and "ours."

That should be some consolation for her fans, who are super-excited about the new member soon to join the Bachchan family.

It is learnt that Aishwarya is five months pregnant and the baby is due in November. Rumour mills are rife with reports that she will be delivering twins. However, Abhishek has denied these rumours and is just happy experiencing the joy of becoming a father.
