Addressing the gathering, Dr H S Ballal said, “Today, many things have changed which are unimaginable compared to a few years back. It is for good for patients that these changes have occurred. The services of the machine which is inaugurated today should reach to the poorest of the poor and at an affordable charge. I assure you that from the administration point of view, these facilities will be provided whenever there is a need.”
