Mangaluru, Jun 8: MLC Harish Kumar inaugurated the 40th project of renowned builder Land Trades Builders & Developers’ residential building ‘Nakshatra’ here at Gandhinagar on Thursday June 8.

Meanwhile, dignitaries unveiled the plaque and Lord Ganesh idol.

Addressing the gathering, mayor Jayanand Anchan said, “Land Trades managing director K Srinath Hebbar has silently contributed to the overall development of Mangaluru without expecting anything from the government. I will take steps to recommend Srinath Hebbar’s name for Rajyotsava award for his contribution towards Mangaluru.”

Corporator of Mannagudda ward, Sandhya Mohan Acharya said, “It is a proud feeling for Mannagudda ward to have such skyscraper ‘Nakshatra’ from Land trades. During the construction, there were some issues faced in the neighbourhood which were quickly resolved by Land Trades.”

Situated in Gandhinagar, 8th Cross Road, Mangaluru, Nakshatra is the 40th project of Land Trades.
